Smartinmate.com allows you to deposit money into an inmates smartinmate.com account that can only be used for telephone calls, messaging, photo delivery, video visitation and tablet content delivery.

- Money deposited at smartinmate.com remains on the inmates account until depleted. It is not refunded upon release of the inmate from our facility and is non transferable to another facility.
- Money Transfers can be made from the inmates JailATM.com Commissary Account into their smartinmate.com account for a transfer fee of $1.00 per transfer. (This fee is processed automatically and is handled by Smart Communications and Stellar Commissary.)
